Hendrick's Gin Cocktail inspired by London Fashion Week

This is a delicious little tipple made with Hendrick's gin that should leave you feeling fashionable and fabulous even if you're not one of the beautiful people dashing between events this London Fashion Week. So this evening Dynamic Bars staff will mostly be drinking:

Gin Fashion-tini

40ml Hendrick's gin

5ml Elderflower cordial

15ml Dry sake

Method

Stir ingredients well with cubed ice and strain in to a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a celery stick spritzed with orange blossom water. And if you're feeling especially model-esk you can even save your celery garnish to have as dinner...

Grey Goose Cocktail Inspired by the BAFTAs

Inspired by this weekend's glitzy BAFTA parties (the biggest and glitziest of which is being sponsored by Grey Goose Vodka), this evening the Dynamic Bars staff will mostly be drinking:

Cucumber and Pear Cooler

35ml Grey Goose Le Poire
25ml Cucumber Juice
70ml Pear Juice
Top Soda

Method

Build in a hi-ball with cubed ice, garnish with a cucumber disc, mint spring and straws, and sip whilst wearing floor length satin or a well-cut tuxedo.

Jose Cuervo Cocktail for the Black Heart Foundation

We're new to this blogging malarkey but we thought we'd start sharing some of our fabulous cocktails for previous clients...

Here's a recipe of a drink we created especially for a Jose Cuervo-sponsored corporate golf day called the 'Tristan Capital Golf Championship' held at Wentworth Golf Course, held in conjunction with The Black Heart Foundation charity.

 

Platino Heart Beat

40ml Cuervo Platino

20ml Fresh blackberry puree 

15ml Lemon juice

10ml Vanilla gomme
Top with soda

Method 

Shake all except soda, garnish with a blackberry and lime zest with two short straws and pour over crushed ice and serve in a rocks glass to very happy customers in blazing sunshine!
